Israel In Lebanon: A Decapitation For A Tooth

It has long been said that in their conflicts, the Israelis have no interest in "eye for an eye; tooth for a tooth" retaliation. Instead, the prototypical Israeli military reaction has been characterized as "an eye for a tooth." But in this most recent round of assault and counter assault, Israeli military reactions appear particularly disproportionate–more akin to a decapitation for a tooth.
