Is Chavez a Unilateralist, Marxist, or Simply a Bully?

Over the last few weeks Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has increasingly threatened to withdraw his country from multilateral organizations, the latest cases being leaving the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, and threatening to leave the Organization of American States. The inimitable Groucho Marx of the Marx Brothers once said: "I don't want to belong to any club that will accept me as a member." Is this the extent of Chavez' Marxism of the 21st Century?
