A meeting of heads of government of 20 "systemically important countries" will take place in Washington, D.C., on Nov. 15, hosted by outgoing United States President George W. Bush. This event is scripted to be the first of a series of such summits that have the objective of reforming the international financial and economic framework to respond to the crisis that has taken grip of the global economy.
