Baird mixes up his 'P' words at the UN

Speech gives greater glimpse of Conservative 'principled' worldview.

Until the 2011 election, the Conservatives under Stephen Harper were always rather laconic when it came to international policy. The party's foreign policy platform in the 2005-2006 election consisted of precisely 171 words of embarrassing simplicities (and one glaring error that even a half-asleep undergraduate would have spotted).
