G20 aftermath: A lesson on democracy

CANNES, FRANCE—According to the banners strung from the lampposts throughout the city, history was written at the Cannes G20. Based on the progress made on what was an ambitious agenda, what happened here could amount to little more than a footnote. However, depending on how things turn out, the Cannes summit may yet earn its place in history.
