Protection of diversity top of mind at Quebec City assembly

As a visible minority from Canada who has championed the cause of diversity, I was particularly proud to chair the Inter-Parliamentary Union's assembly's special debate on citizenship, identity, and linguistic and cultural diversity in a globalized world.
