Feb. 8 marked Chinese New Year in the lunar calendar. Chinese communities around the world are celebrating this week with savoury and sweet dishes, traditional decorations and fireworks. And with the rising popularity of fine wines in China, it’s possible that wine will be flowing at many New Year dinners.
