Foreign Policy Expert Reford Dies

Robert Reford died in his Nova Scotia home on May 9, aged 85. Mr. Reford served as executive director of the Canadian Institute of International Affairs, ran an international affairs consultancy, and wrote many books on Canadian foreign policy, arms control and disarmament. He served as president of the UN Association of Canada and was a founding director of the Canadian Centre for Arms Control and Disarmament.
