Ontario Regulates CFCs

One week prior to an international meeting in Montreal on protecting the ozone, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty has implemented regulation on CFC in commercial chillers, such as old air conditioners and fridges, making it the latest Canadian province to comply with the Canadian National Action Plan to protect the ozone layer.
