Deportation for Harkat

Mohamed Harket, the Ottawa man recently released on bail after being detained in 2002 on terrorism allegations, has been ordered deported from Canada one day after the Supreme Court upheld his conditional release. Mr. Harkat's lawyer, Paul Copeland, has said he will seek a judicial review of the Canadian Border Service Agency's decision.
