Rice, Wilkins Say Thanks

U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and American Ambassador David Wilkins were both in Canada's East Coast to thank Canadians there for their efforts on Sept. 11,2001 when many travelers were diverted to the Atlantic provinces due to the terrorist attacks in the U.S. Both Ms. Rice and Mr. Wilkins were in Halifax, Nova Scotia on Monday, and Mr. Wilkins is expected to be in Gander, Newfoundland today.
