Fowler For WFP Job

Canadian diplomat Robert Fowler is reportedly a candidate for the position of executive director of the World Food Program. But the Inner City Times newspaper, which covers the UN, reports Canada's former ambassador to the UN and Rome-based Food and Agriculture Organization does not get along well with FAO Director-General Jacques Diouf and may have a hard time succeeding American James T. Morris when he steps down at the end of the year.
