Alleged Spy Nabbed in Montreal

Published: Wednesday, 11/22/2006 12:00 am EST

An accused spy from Russia, Paul William Hampel, who was arrested on a national security certificate at a Montreal airport last week, represents Canada's first espionage arrest in 10 years. The accused spy is to appear in court today.
