Grinius in Pyongyang

Canada's ambassador to Seoul, Marius Grinius, is in Pyongyang for a week-long trip to send a strong message to North Korea to halt its nuclear tests and return to the six-party talks. Mr. Grinius, who is accredited to North Korea while based in the Republic of Korea, is expected to meet with officials from North Korea's Foreign Ministry.
