Pledge Falls Short Say NGOs

Canadian NGOs working on global HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment welcomed a Dec. 1 $120 million pledge for AIDS funding by Josée Verner, minister for CIDA. However, the NGOs say the funds fall short of commitments to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
