CIDA's Africa Response

The Canadian International Development Agency is preparing a response to the Senate foreign affairs committee report on Africa, agency president Robert Greenhill said last week. Mr. Greenhill did not say when the response would be finished. The committee report slammed CIDA by alleging 40 years of work, totaling more than $12 billion, have resulted in little to no progress on the continent.
