Peacekeeper Killed in Sinai Crash

A Canadian peacekeeper was one of nine soldiers killed in a plane crash last weekend in Egypt's Sinai Desert. Cpl. Benoit Chevalier, one of 28 Canadians in a multinational peacekeeping mission in the Sinai region, was killed along with eight French colleagues when the plane they were traveling in hit a truck. The Canadian military expects France will investigate the crash, according to the CBC.
