Last weekend, the all-party Canada-U.S. Inter-Parliamentary Group met in Windsor, Ont., to discuss behind closed doors a variety of issues, including passports, border security, Great Lakes pollution and softwood lumber, according to CTV. "We're here to find out what they're thinking to see if we can come up with a common cause on key issues that affect both our countries," Canadian Senator Jerry Grafstein was reported saying. A report on the Canadian half of the group's findings is expected in the House and Senate in a month.
