Espinosa to Nova Scotia

Mexico's secretary of external affairs, Patricia Espinosa, will meet with Foreign Affairs Minister Peter MacKay in Nova Scotia today. The two are expected to discuss a variety of issues regarding Canada-Mexico relations. This will be second time this year Ms. Espinosa will have visited Canada, the last being at a trilateral meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to discuss the Security and Prosperity Partnership.
