New U.S. Deputy Ambassador

Two months after U.S. Ambassador David Wilkins announced the departure of deputy chief of mission John Dickson at the U.S. Independence Day party, Mr. Dickson's successor made his public debut yesterday. Terry A. Breese (above) spoke at a remembrance service held on the grounds of the U.S. embassy for the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on New York and Washington, D.C.
