Climate Strategy Needed: CEOs

Canada can be a global leader in the fight against climate change, but must first reach a consensus at home on what strategy it wants to pursue, the Canadian Council of Chief Executives says. In an 11-page policy paper that closely mimicked Prime Minister Stephen Harper's own stated views, the CCCE also advocated that the world adopt a flexible, country-specific framework in which technology plays a major role and greenhouse gas emissions targets are not mandatory.
