Khadr Evidence Withheld

An American military judge in Guantanamo Bay has ordered the U.S. government to give Canadian detainee Omar Khadr's defence team all notes from interrogations of the accused terrorist, the Ottawa Citizen reported last week. The ruling by Army Colonel Peter Brownback came after reports prosecutors had withheld info. The U.S. government's case against Mr. Khadr, who was 16 years old when he was captured in Afghanistan, has seen several setbacks over the past few weeks.
