Trade with Colombia 'Urgent': Bush

U.S. President George W. Bush on Monday called the need for ratification of the U.S.-Colombia free trade agreement urgent and said the benefits will outweigh any harm to the domestic economy, the New York Times reported. Meanwhile, a top advisor to Democratic leadership candidate Hillary Clinton, Mark Penn, resigned last week after it was made public he had met with officials in the Colombian government to discuss the deal.
