Polish Ambassador Piotr Ogrodzinski told the Globe and Mail Robert Dziekanski's mother Zofia Cisowski deserves financial compensation for her suffering since her only son died after being tasered by RCMP at Vancouver International Airport. The B.C. Crown Attorney's office announced last week that no charges will be laid against the four RCMP officers involved in the incident in October, 2007. "Something went wrong and her son is dead. Restitution should be forthcoming," Mr. Ogrodzinski said.
