A letter signed by 185 groups and individuals is calling on the government to repatriate Guantanamo detainee Omar Khadr and raises concerns about the treatment of Muslim Canadians, the Toronto Star reported. "Silence is no longer an option. We believe that your inaction...has been, rightly or wrongly, interpreted by the Muslim community as indicative that your government considers Canadian Muslims to be second-class citizens," the letter reads. Mr. Khadr, 22, was captured in Afghanistan in 2002 and is the last remaining Western citizen at Gitmo.
