Canada has warned against non-essential travel to Mexico and the Public Health Agency has mandated in-flight announcements about precautions, and postered airports and border crossings, United Press International reported. Immigration Minister Jason Kenney said a pre-departure medical screening in Mexico City is in place to help ensure the thousands of migrant farm workers destined for Canada are not infected.
