The government will follow a Federal Court order and issue travel documents so Sudanese-Canadian Abousfian Abdelrazik can return home, the Globe and Mail reported. The news came amidst reports the Bush administration had wanted to try him in the United States, and fresh allegations posted on a UN Security Council committee terrorist blacklist website that alleges Mr. Abdelrazik is a high-level al Qaeda operative. Mr. Abdelrazik's lawyer has denied the allegations, while the website itself does not require evidence or independent review before such charges are made.
