The government has launched a program where foreign nationals from some countries travelling through Vancouver International Airport en route to or from the U.S.

The government has launched a program where foreign nationals from some countries travelling through Vancouver International Airport en route to or from the U.S. will no longer need transit visas, Sun Media reported. Immigration Minister Jason Kenney said nationals from the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan travelling on Philippine Airlines, China Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airways are eligible for the exemption.
