This year's annual UN Human Develop-ment Index report has ranked Canada fourth of all countries in terms of national quality of life, the Toronto Star reported. Norway topped the list, with Australia and Iceland rounding out the top three. Five countries—China, Colombia, France, Peru and Venezuela—rose three or more places. However, seven countries—Belize, Ecuador, Jamaica, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malta and Tonga—fell two or more places. The list was part of the UN Development Program's Human Development report, which focused on migration.
