Envoy in Iran summoned

The Canadian charge d'affaires to Iran was summoned to the Iranian ministry of foreign affairs last week following revelations in a new book that former Canadian ambassador Ken Taylor operated as a CIA spy, Canwest News Service reported. The ministry rebuked the Canadian envoy, suggesting a breach of the Vienna Convention was made, and demanded answers from Ottawa. Several reports mention that the envoy indicated the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs would be notified of the rebuke.
