Mexico travel warning

The government on March 13 issued a travel warning to Canadians venturing into northern Mexico after two Americans, one of whom was a diplomat, were murdered last Saturday near Ciudad Juarez, RTT News reported. Lesley Enriquez, an assistant in the Ciudad Juarez consulate's visa section, was travelling home with her husband when they were shot dead near the city. Mexico has been the scene of dozens of killings over the past few months as the country's drug cartels fight back against a government-led crackdown.
