Blackwater trained Canadians

The American private security company Blackwater trained Canadian troops after receiving millions of dollars from the Department of National Defence, the National Post reported. The newspaper obtained documents showing Canadian forces personnel being transferred to a centre in North Carolina from 2005 to 2009. This date means the training continued even after the US cancelled its contract with the company over its controversial conduct in Iraq.
