Prime Minister Stephen Harper invited the leaders of Ethiopia, Malawi, the Netherlands, Spain and Vietnam to attend the G20 summit in Toronto next month, Reuters reported. Harper made the announcement during this week's Europe trip, while consulting with other leaders about the G20 agenda. The five leaders will join the other 20 permanent members of the group, after the G8 leaders meet a day before in Muskoka, Ontario.
