Three Canadians aboard flotilla

Three Canadians were onboard the Gaza-bound aid ships that were raided by Israeli commandos on Monday, the Globe and Mail reported. The Department of Foreign Affairs confirmed Tuesday that three Canadian citizens have been detained in Israel. One of them is Victoria, BC-based human rights activist Kevin Neish. The identities of the other passengers remain unknown. Israeli commandos stormed six ships carrying aid and protestors to Gaza on Sunday, killing nine activists and sparking global outrage. The incident took place in international waters.
