Afghan orders unchanged

Canada's top soldier, Gen. Walter Natynczyk, said his orders from the government have not changed and the 2011 troop withdrawal from Afghanistan is still going ahead as planned, the CBC reported. Prime Minister Stephen Harper said the resolution adopted by Parliament in 2008 continues to be the plan of action, and he reaffirmed that all troops are expected to depart Afghanistan as of July 2011.
