Opposition gets no love?

NDP leader Jack Layton is accusing Stephen Harper of snubbing opposition leaders during the G8-G20 summits, the Toronto Sun reported. Mr. Layton said the prime minister has not invited him to meet with foreign leaders or the Queen during the summit in Toronto. The Bloc Québécois said leader Gilles Duceppe had not received an invitation either. However, a spokesman for Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff said it was "normal" that the leader of the official opposition would get meetings but not the leaders of smaller parties.
