Canada fights 9/11 misnomer

Canadian Ambassador to the US Gary Doer has again had to set the record straight, this time writing to Republican Senate candidate Sharon Angle to correct the record when she claimed that the Sept. 11 hijackers entered via the Canada-US border, the Canadian Press reported. Ms. Angle stated that "what we know is our northern border is where the terrorists came through." She is running against Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Mr. Doer emphasized that US law enforcement concluded all the hijackers entered the US directly from third countries.
