Border security deal this week?

US President Barack Obama will welcome Prime Minister Stephen Harper at the White House on Feb. 4, raising speculation the two leaders will sign a much-anticipated joint statement on perimeter border security. The two will also likely discuss Mr. Harper and Mr. Obama will continue their conversation on the Clean Energy Dialogue, which the US president first raised on his visit to Ottawa in 2009. It is also expected the two will talk about the unrest in Egypt.
