Swallow Buy American: Jacobson

US Ambassador David Jacobson said Canada should put up with the Buy American provision in the US jobs bill so the legislation can pass and help lift both countries' economies, the CBC reported. Mr. Jacobson was speaking to a business lunch in Ottawa when he told the crowd that US President Barack Obama had to make the tough call between leaving out the Buy American provision and creating a bill that had a chance of passing.
