Cyclone delayed once more

The Cyclone maritime helicopter has still not been received by the Canadian military, the Canadian Press reported. Defence Minister Peter MacKay said back in the spring that Canada would get the first CH-148 Cyclone in the summer. The government now says the chopper is still incomplete. A contract to replace the decades-old Sea Kings was originally announced seven years ago, and the first helicopter was supposed to have been delivered in 2008.
