Hum causes buzz near the border

Canadian and US officials are looking to find a solution to a low-pitched hum in Essex Country in southwestern Ontario, the Windsor Star reported. NDP MP Brian Masse visited Washington earlier this month where he discussed the rumbling sound that has affected residents living in the area. Many believe the noise is coming from the US side of the Detroit River. A Windsor city councillor has met with environmental consultants to discuss a possible investigation to determine the source of the noise. The study would also look at the health and property impacts of the hum.
