Charlottetown back

After an eight-month mission with NATO in the Mediterranean Sea to combat the movement of terrorists and weapons, as well as a counter-terrorism operation in the Arabian Sea, the HMCS Charlottetown returned to Halifax on Sept. 11, CTV News reported. Defence Minister Peter MacKay was present to greet the 250 crew members, which were part of one of the longest deployments in recent Canadian naval history.
