Nuclear deal finalized

Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh announced that they have finalized the nuclear deal they signed two years ago by completing an administrative agreement, the Canadian Press reported. Canada wanted more of an ability to oversee the destination of products. A joint committee has been set up. Mr. Harper said “Canada was satisfied with the checks and balances it gets under the deal” according to the CP.
